When I try to add a column with weight values by average, I get a DIV/0 error. I've tried to play around with creating a pivot table in sheets, but I can't figure out how to get the average of all values for each age in a column or the std deviation. I'd like to be able to show the data grouped by age, with an average weight for that age, standard deviation for the weights in that age, like so. It populates my Google Sheets just fine like this mockup: +-+-+-+ How to Create a Google Sheets Script for Reporting 26-Week New Highs using GOOGLEFINANCE Function 1. Step 4: Divide by the number of data points. Step 2: For each data point, find the square of its distance to the mean. How can I get GOOGLEFINANCE to return only the historical price of a stock and not an array 6. Heres a quick preview of the steps were about to follow: Step 1: Find the mean. We calculated the mean and standard deviation in step 3, and we’ll use the bin values from step 4 in the formula. I am able to access the database using the importJson script from here: Google Sheets - standard deviation of the simple moving average of a stock. Google Sheets has a formula NORMDIST which calculates the value of the normal distribution function for a given value, mean and standard deviation. I'm trying to work with a database using Google Sheets.
